First, product quality assurance provisions
The warranty period of the product is one year after the factory. During the normal use of the product during this period (in accordance with the instructions, the equipment marked on the precautions for use), the fault occurs by the company for free maintenance.
Within three years from the date of sale, the failure of the product during normal use (in accordance with the instructions and the precautions marked on the equipment) will be provided by the company free maintenance services, and the cost of the required parts will be appropriately charged.
The warranty period of the product after repair is 3 months or the remaining warranty time of the product (the longer of the two is executed). If the same failure occurs again during this period, the company will do its best to repair and do not charge any fees.

Second, product after-sales service
1. Telephone service
Customers directly through the after-sales service telephone manual technical consultation.
2. Other services
If the phone consultation can not solve the problem:
(1) On-site maintenance: the entrustment can pay the travel expenses, and our company sends technicians to on-site maintenance;
(2) Return to the factory for repair: the entrusting party pays the freight and mails the damaged products to our company for repair.

Third, maintenance commissioning method
1, if the product failure, the customer must confirm the product model, serial number, contact our after-sales service department and explain the fault phenomenon.
2. Matters outside the scope of free maintenance (paid maintenance).
a. Failure or damage due to errors in use, improper repairs and corrections.
b. Due to poor discharge in the load, wiring errors, misconnection of the fault, damage.
c. Failure or damage caused by customer falling or impact during transportation.
d. Failure and damage caused by floods, earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes and other natural disasters.
e. Failure or damage caused by the use of power sources other than those specified in the instructions.
f. Failure or damage caused by operation in violation of the use method and precautions indicated in the instruction manual.
g. Consumables wear out and need to be replaced (such as potentiometers, switches, etc.).
h. Out-of-warranty repairs.
For the above cases, maintenance will be appropriate to charge a certain material cost or maintenance labor fees, the specific fee standards, please consult our after-sales service department.

Iv. Product delivery time
1, the product delivery time according to the customer's requirements in the after-sales service contract shall prevail.
2, if the customer has special requirements, need to deliver in advance, we can provide paid urgent maintenance services.

V. Special instructions
The product quality assurance regulations apply to all kinds of products produced by Dalian Dadian Technology Co., LTD. The Company's products purchased through other channels enjoy the after-sales service provided by the company, except for the following circumstances:
1. The parts under repair and replacement belong to our company. We will not be responsible for the loss of any stored or programmed software, hardware and memory data contained in the parts returned to the customer.
2, due to the fault repair of this product caused by the loss (including but not limited to stop production, causing other equipment failure and other problems), our company will not be responsible for any.
3, war, plague and other personal safety of the country or region of the product, our company has the right to refuse to repair.
4, if the spare parts required for maintenance are insufficient, the manufacturing is suspended, the damage is serious or is transformed, etc., our company can refuse to repair.
5, the price of this product does not include the cost of technical dispatch and other services, the cost of the following content is calculated separately:
A. Install the device
B. Equipment debugging and trial adjustment
C. Maintenance, inspection, adjustment and repair
D. Technical guidance and technical training
