Ion gun power supply

The DADIAN IGC series argon ion gun power supply generates a high-energy electric field, which ionizes and accelerates the inert gas to a high energy state, impinges on the solid surface and achieves sputtering etching. Its ion beam can be focused and is widely used to clean surfaces for surface analysis, photoelectron spectroscopy and sputtering evaporation. It is commonly used in surface molecules, photoelectron spectroscopy experiments, semiconductor research, vacuum sputtering evaporation and other applications.
