RHEED Control power supply

The DADIAN EG Series RHEED control power supplies power the electron beam array of the reflective high energy electron diffractometer, including accelerator power, bias power, filament power and focusing power. This control power supply provides a precise, low noise, and stable accelerator power supply with a maximum current of 160uA at 0-30 kV, as well as a floating filament power supply for reference to the accelerator. In addition, it has several auxiliary functions such as arc protection, overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection.
