Electronic evaporation source power supply

The DADIAN EB series electron evaporation source power supply is a low energy electron microscope sample evaporation power supply (LEEM), which integrates an adjustable filament power supply and an accelerator power supply. The power supply adopts full intelligent digital control system. The display on the front panel displays the voltage value of the filament, current value, voltage value of the acceleration field, tube current value and nA value in real time. Electron beam evaporation source control power supply is the necessary equipment to realize electron beam evaporation coating technology.
